R. Jeffrey Hulley, MS, PA-C
Managing Partner
Jeff Hulley is a physician assistant with 30 years experience in emergency and primary care medicine. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Mr. Hulley is a Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, and the American Academy of Home Care Physicians.

Jan Stottlemyer, PA-C
Jan Stottlemyer graduated from the University Of Florida in the College of Medicine in 1998. She is a Physician Assistant, Board Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She brings 20 years of experience in emergency medicine to Housecalls Express and is developing the northern end of Palm Beach County.

Mr. Hulley is a Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, and the American Academy of Home Care Physicians.
	Donald A. (Dr. Don) Scheurer, BA, DO, FAADEP Medical Director Dr. Don is a physician with nearly 50 years experience. He is a graduate of Upsala College and the Kirsville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has extensive experience in family practice and occupational medicine. Highlights of his career include serving as Chief of Staff at Pompano Beach Hospital and President of the Broward County Osteopathic Association. He is Board Certified by the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians. He also currently serves as Medical Director of the Martin County Jail. Among other affiliations he is a fellow member of the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association American College of General Practitioners and The American Medical Association.

As a Physician Assistant, he has several years experience in primary care and chemical dependency. He is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University and Nova Southeastern University. He is a fellow member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.

	James Shearer, PA-C James has been a Physician Assistant for over twenty five years. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. He has extensive experience in emergency medicine, primary and urgent care and infectious diseases. He is a fellow member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
	Nithchel Marcelin-Appadoo, PA-C Nithchel is a PA with 6 years experience in primary care. She has been seeing Geriatric patients in the Veteran’s Administration system for many years. She is a graduate of Tauro College & certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a fellow of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.
