Frequently Asked Questions

What types of patients qualify for your in-home medical service?

Any person, young or old, sick, injured, or otherwise unwell qualifies for our service.

What conditions can you treat?

We are equipped to treat any problems, conditions, and/or injuries for which you would normally go to a primary-care physician. We also provide medical care for minor emergencies, such as, lacerations, sprains, falls, and foreign bodies in the eye.  In addition, we can treat and manage the medical care for homebound individuals with chronic conditions (Diabetes, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, Strokes, COPD, etc)

Do you offer any other types of medical services?

Yes, healthcare based businesses can utilize our services for their employee physicals, annual communicable diseases screenings, PPD’s, and immunization injections, such as, Flu, Hepititis, Pneumonia, & Shingles.  We complete assisted-living form 1823 and skilled nursing form 3008.  We also provide sport physicals for team sports.

Do I need to sign up for your service?

No, there are no forms to fill out or eligibility requirements for using our in-home service.  All you need to do is call Housecalls Express when you need a medical visit.

Do I have to give up the doctor I have been seeing for years?

Absolutely not.  In fact, we regularly work with local physicians to provide care for patients who are temporarily homebound or for whom an office appointment is not readily available.  On request, we provide physicians with a written report of each visit.

Can I use Housecalls Express as my primary care physician?

Yes, you can.  We are happy to manage your medical care and treatment.

Do you take insurance?
